Oh yeah, I definitely do the list-on-paper thing. I carry a 5 subject notebook with me so I can use folders for documents I'm working on and everything. (I tend joke that if it isn't physically attached to me, I forget or lose things.)
As far as work goes, it's toned down for a bit, thankfully, but I still really need some help in the lab. ^^; Started having the conversations about getting some additional folks hired though, so I think that'll start moving in a direction soon.
